Light Array One Piece Harness

Wiring an array of lights can be difficult, complex, and confusing. There are amprages, pinouts, splices, and connections to worry about that "normal" people are not trained for. That is why we are here.
This kit allows you to simply plug-and-play your light array. Start at the light furthest from your switching system, plug the lights in one at a time, connect your ground, power, and backlight (if needed) to your switching system or upfitters, and you are ready to rock!
No special tools. No advanced wiring knowledge. No headaches or complications.
Designed for serious adventurers, this high-quality wiring solution connects multiple light pods on your roof rack or bumper with professional-grade reliability. Available in multiple configurations with single or dual zone options, our custom-made harnesses ensure clean installation and optimal performance for your off-road lighting needs.
Zone Overview: You can think of lighting "zones" as switches. For our Array harnesses your backlighting and grounds will all be combined into their own terminations, but your main beam controls can be split up.
If you want to have your 5x LP6s set up with amber on the outside two and white on the inside three, simply select 5 lights, two zones - outside/inside.
One Zone - All Wired Together: For lower amp draw lights that will not exceed your switching system's total load for the one circuit.
One Zone - All Wired Together - Include Relay Kit: for combining all lights onto one switch, and keeping the amprage on the switching system or upfitter down. This is the most common option.
Two Zones - Alternating Lights: if you want to have your lights set up as white, amber, white, amber, white, that would be considered alternating.
Two Zones - Outside/Inside: amber or flood lights on the outside, spot or white lights on the inside.
These are all examples, but the lights do not have to be set up in the exact configurations listed.
If your lights have a backlighting option, our harness will be built to support that functionality at no extra charge.
All backlighting will be combined onto one circuit (one wire) and can be hooked up to your switching system or upfitters as you see fit.
You will not find a better built harness in the offroad industry. That is because we use ONLY the highest quality components, tools, and processes every step of the way.
Quality Components: With the vast majority of our components being sourced straight from the aerospace industry, they are built to last in the toughest of conditions.
Quality Tools: We use tools from brands like DMC, Komax, Schillinger, and more to ensure the most reliable crimps possible, every step of the way.
Quality Processes: Once again, we went straight to the professional motorsports and aerospace industries to design and build our harnesses. So every crimping process that we use is designed to last in the harshest of environments.
Our harnesses are designed to be as DIY friendly as possible. Simply plug them into your lights, then connect them to your switching system.
No cutting, no splicing, no soldering, no confusion.
Okay, that's a lie; you need a basic screwdriver for your switching system's terminals.
BUT, no crimping, splicing, cutting, or soldering required! We handle 100% of the harness assembly and wiring for you before your order ever leaves our warehouse.
To us you have to earn the right to say USA Made, Made In America, or any other version of this saying, by actually using 100% American made components, while doing 100% of your assembly here. One or the other is not enough.
That is why we are committed to using American made wire, heat shrink, splices, terminals, connectors, seals, pins, and so on. Not one component is overlooked in our quest for excellence in American manufacturing.
Please leave a note in your cart before checkout with your vehicle, switching system, and exact light make and model.
Warning: We rely on the information that you provide to manufacture your harness correctly. If you provide incorrect information, we will not be able to give you a refund or rebuild the harness. Please leave a note in your cart before checkout with your vehicle, switching system, and exact light make and model.
Ring Terminals: These harnesses are designed to work with switching systems such as the SPOD or Garmin units ONLY. The harnesses have a ring terminal termination that will work with the Garmin, Spod, and other similar kits.
Upfitters/ Aux Switches: If you need the harness built with flying leads to connect it to upfitter switches or a Switch-Pros unit please let us know and we can do that free of charge.
High Beam/ Low Beam: If your lights have low and high beam features, harnesses WILL NOT offer the low beam feature.. Being that so few people have real reasons for using the low beam on trucks we do not offer the feature.
Two Sets Of Pods Option: Two sets of pods harness WILL NOT support LP Series lights, for that you will need an Array Harness. Two sets of pod harnesses will also combine all lights onto one switch.
Amperage Restrictions: The customer is responsible for calculating the total amperage of their lights to make sure they will work with their switching system. We can look into this for you, but we need all the system information included in the notes at checkout; otherwise, your harness will ship designed to work with a standard #8 ring terminal switching system.
For higher amperage bars (such as the OnX6), or larger pods (such as the LP series lights) we can build the harness with one of our high amp relay kits. You, the customer, are responsible for letting us know what switching system you will be using if you would like us to advise you on amperage limits and relay requirements.
Harness Modification: Blaze Off-Road is not responsible for any mis installation or over-cutting of harnesses if modified. If you choose to modify a harness, PLEASE measure twice and cut once. There will be no refunds on modified harnesses.
Cancelation Fee: Harnesses will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee once they have started production and cannot be canceled or returned once the order has shipped.
Lifetime Warranty: Blaze harnesses come with a limited lifetime warranty, subject to inspection, customer use case, and other factors.
Made To Order: 1-2 week lead time.

Most Common Harness Questions
I know NOTHING about wiring, can I still use these harnesses?
Absolutely, these harnesses are designed for customers just like you. You do not need to know anything about wiring at all to install these harnesses. They are designed to be as easy as possible, showing up ready to plug and play.
What if I have upfitter switches, and not a switching system?
Easy, we make harnesses for exactly that as well! Let us know you don't need the ring terminals, and we will build the harness for your upfitter switches!
What Connector do I have?
If you need help identifying your connector please see the last photo in the product photos shown, or reach out to us!
Common Connectors:
Baja Designs Weather Pack 2-pin:
- S1 Pods
- S2 Pods
- Squadron Pods
Baja Designs Weather Pack 3-pin:
- XL Pods
- S8 Lightbars
- OnX6 Lightbars
DT 2-Pin Connectors:
- Morimoto Pods
- Diode Dynamics Stage Series Light Bars
- Diode Dynamics Non-Backlit Pods (older)
- Rigid Non-Backlit Pods
DT 3-Pin Connectors:
- KC Backlit Pods
DT 4-Pin Connectors:

DTP Connectors are another common connector for higher amperage bars such as the Diode Dynamics SS5 pro bar. If your connector resembles a DT series connector but is larger, this may be DTP. Reach out to us for a custom harness with this connector and we can still get you taken care of!
*This list is not comprehensive, and we cannot live track changes made by manufactures on their connector type, if you are unsure of your connector type please send us an email!*
Do I need any special tools?
If you are wiring the harness to a switching system or terminal block setup, no, you do not need any more than a Phillips head screwdriver in the vast majority of cases!
Do I need to cut or crimp any wires?
No! Our harnesses arrive 100% ready to plug and play. Simply plug the connectors into the lights, route the wires, and then connect the ring terminals to your switching system!
Do I need a relay for my array harness?
The best way to figure this out is to perform some simple math.
If your switching system has 30 amp outputs, you want to keep your total amp load for each output at or below 80% of that.
30 x 0.8 = 24 amps max.
If your lights draw 6 amps each and you have 5 of them, that would put you in a scenario where you need to split your circuit onto two switches or run a relay.
Relay: 6 amps x 5 lights = 30 total amps, which is above our 24-amp max target.
In this case, we can run a relay and be done with it, still only using one switch, or we can split the circuit.
Splitting the circuit is also easy, but requires running two control switches for your main beams. So you can separate your lights into inside and outside based on mounting location, or alternating lights.
