Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12 noon mountain time typically ship same business day if they are in stock. Not all Blaze Off-Road products are kept in stock and may take multiple days to ship. Some Blaze Off-Road products have lead times, these are listed on all associated products. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, sales, or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship within the United States via UPS and USPS. We ship internationally via UPS and USPS as well (more below). Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only—not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Any applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking does not go live until the package reaches our local hub. This means that the package may be on the truck for several hours, or even an entire weekend before tracking updates to show that the carrier has received it. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, packages returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses (reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility), or any delays or losses resulting from address errors.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for packages once they have left our facility and the carrier is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and household members, looking around the delivery location (porches, side doors, mailrooms), contacting the carrier directly to file a claim, and reaching out to your local post office or carrier hub.
For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can help file a claim with the carrier. Resolution depends on the carrier's investigation and may take 2–4 weeks.
Damaged Packages
We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit. If your item arrives damaged: take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) before discarding anything, keep all original packaging materials, and contact us immediately via email with the photos.
We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit at our discretion. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather or natural disasters, customs or regulatory issues, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control. Refunds will not be issued for shipping delays unless the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any reshipment fees. Refunds, if applicable, will include a restocking fee and exclude original shipping charges.
International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only and do not offer international shipping at this time for any country besides Canada.
