Return Policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

The following items are not eligible for return: items marked as "Final Sale," gift cards, custom or personalized items (including custom harnesses), items damaged through customer use or misuse, items removed from original packaging, items that installation was attempted on, and items returned without prior authorization.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us by responding to your original order confirmation email within the 90-day return window with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Blaze Off-Road has 10 business days to review your request and approve or deny the return.
  3. If approved, we will provide return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided in your return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Blaze Off-Road is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

No restocking fee will be applied if the customer elects to take the refund as store credit. 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Order Cancellations

Standard orders: Cancellations are subject to a 20% cancellation fee unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Blaze Off-Road prior to cancellation.

Harness orders: Cancellations are subject to a 50% cancellation fee due to the custom nature of these products and the materials and labor committed at the time of order.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests cannot be honored once an order has shipped — these will be handled under our standard return process instead.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as a return and a new purchase. To exchange an item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item, or ask us to do this for you. 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement item.

Damaged Items

Items damaged during shipping are covered under our Shipping Policy — please refer to that policy for the claims process.

Right to Refuse

Blaze Off-Road reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above, show signs of wear, use, installation, or alteration, are returned outside the 90-day window, or appear to be fraudulent or part of a pattern of return abuse.
