Light Array One Piece Harness
Our harnesses are designed to be as DIY friendly as possible. Simply plug them into your lights, then connect them to your switching system.
Okay, that's a lie; you need a basic screwdriver for your switching system's terminals.
BUT, no crimping, splicing, cutting, or soldering required!
Our harnesses are designed around only the highest quality components on the market. We cut ZERO corners when building our harnesses, so they are ready for the harshest of conditions, trip after trip.
Built in the USA, our harnesses are made to the standards that your build deserves.
If you are in need of some serious light, that also looks killer on your rig, you will for sure want to throw a sweet stack of pods up on that roof rack, or all the way across that front bumper of yours.
Some things to keep in mind: You will need to do the math on the total amperage of your lights as compared to the maximum output of your switching system. Most light arrays draw so much power that we will need to either add a TE relay and control harness for that as well, or we will need to simply break the lights up into two different zones.
The harness will include a backlighting feature if your lights offer it. If your lights have low and high beam features harnesses WILL NOT offer the low beam feature. If you accidentally turn on both low and high beams at the same time it will fry the LP lights from Baja Designs, and can cause complications on other lights. Being that so few people have real reasons for using the low beam on trucks we do not offer the feature. These harnesses are designed to be used with a under hood mounted switching system such as the Garmin PowerSwitch. If you let us know that you have a SwitchPros we will ship the harness without ring terminals so that you can splice it directly to your unit.
If you would like to wire your lights up on one circuit we can provide a TE Relay (see photos) for you to mount. This kit will also come with the control wire needed for this relay to connect to your switching system.
For routing your harness we highly recommend the Baja Designs Wire Hider Kit.
PLEASE ENTER THE LIGHT TYPE AND PATTERN YOU WOULD LIKE THE TWO ZONES WIRED IN THE COMMENT SECTION AT CHECKOUT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EMAIL A PHOTO OF YOUR LIGHTS TO SALES@BLAZEOFFROAD.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER THAT WOULD BE ACCEPTABLE AS WELL.
Harnesses are made to order and will have a 4-6 week lead time.

Stock Vs Blaze Harnesses
The harnesses that came with your lights are bulky, unreliable, complex to use, and prone to failure. Blaze Off-Road harnesses are the opposite of that. Easy to install, no cutting, crimping, splicing, or soldering needed.

Do I need any special tools?
If you are wiring the harness to a switching system or terminal block setup, no, you do not need any more than a Phillips head screwdriver in the vast majority of cases!
Do I need to cut or crimp any wires?
No! Our harnesses arrive 100% ready to plug and play. Simply plug the connectors into the lights, route the wires, and then connect the ring terminals to your switching system!
What if I have upfitter switches, and not a switching system?
Easy, we make harnesses for exactly that as well! Let us know you don't need the ring terminals, and we will build the harness for your upfitter switches!
